REFUND POLICY

At PL Decals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our simple refund policy:

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, let us know before we start making it. Email us at info@pldecals.com. Deposits for full custom graphic kits are non-refundable if we've already started designing the kit.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Since your decals are specially made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for customized products. After you've approved the design, changes cannot be made. Therefore, check it carefully and make sure there are no inaccuracies or spelling mistakes.

NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

If you ordered something that wasn't customized, you can return it within 30 days. Email us at info@pldecals.com to start the return, and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a trackable shipping service. After we receive and inspect it, we'll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's good to go, we'll refund the money back to where it came from.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if we sent you the wrong items, tell us within 14 days. Send an email to info@pldecals.com with your order number and what's wrong, and we'll solve the issue as soon as possible.

REPLACEMENT GRAPHICS

If you run into issues while putting together your kit and need replacement parts, no worries – we've got you covered! Just shoot us an email at info@pldecals.com, including your order ID and attaching a photo of the damaged parts. Once we receive your email, we'll let you know the cost of the replacements. We recommend completing the entire assembly of your kit before reaching out to us.
